The Rapture

<p>An explanation and biblical evaluation of four answers</p><p></p><p>The great debate over the Rapture is When will it occur? There are four answers to that question. Pre-tribulationists believe it happens before the seven-year Tribulation which is before the Second Coming of Christ. Mid-tribulationists claim it is in the middle of those seven years of the Tribulation. Pre-Wrath advocates contend that it will take place somewhere between the middle and the end of the Tribulation. Post-tribulationists argue that the Rapture is after the Tribulation.</p><p>The answer to this question is complex because it involves many different issues. For starters the challenge is the interpretation of such passages as the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24-25 Paul's description in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-5:9 Paul's discussion in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-8 Jesus' statements in John 14:1-3 and Revelation 3:10 etc. Then some topics must be examined such as the last trumpet the Day of the Lord cosmic disturbances the resurrection the judgments the expression the end etc.</p><p><em>In the Rapture Question: When Will it Occur</em> G.
