The Readjustment

The Readjustment Follows The Story Of A Young Man Named Jack Burnet Who Returns To His Hometown After Spending Several Years Abroad. Jack'S Experiences Abroad Have Changed Him And He Struggles To Readjust To Life In His Old Surroundings. Upon His Return Jack Reconnects With His Childhood Friend Tom And Attempts To Reintegrate Into The Social Fabric Of His Hometown. However He Finds That He No Longer Fits In With The People And The Lifestyle He Once Knew. As Jack Grapples With Feelings Of Alienation And Disconnection He Reflects On The Changes He Has Undergone And The Difficulty Of Reconciling His New Self With His Old Identity. Ultimately Jack Must Confront The Reality That He Has Outgrown His Hometown And Must Seek His Place In The World Elsewhere.
