Through the protagonist- a middle aged mining engineer estranged from his wife the author explores the shadowy world of high profile escorts. The protagonist develops a penchant for having sex with the ultimate female of his fantasy at any cost. In his quest for love and companionship he comes across women of all types till he developes a long term relation with Prerna a former call centre employee. The novel deals with an individuals struggle with loneliness and his search for companionship and beauty in the cauldron of commercial sex- the ironic realm of beauty.
