The Reluctant Chartist

<p><br></p><p><span>On the night of the great Chartist uprising and march to Newport South Wales in November 1839 a man with a very different agenda is on the prowl.</span></p><p><br></p><p>He is a thief who by chance has come across an unusual potentially priceless item that could bring him extraordinary wealth. But his plans are scuppered when he is caught up in the march. His subsequent actions will lead to unintended and unexpected consequences for him and his family.</p><p><br></p><p>In the present day the Maze Investigators receive news from an old client with new information that could lead to the discovery of the stolen item. But they are not the only ones searching. A dangerous enemy has also heard the news and will do whatever it takes to find the item ahead of anyone else.</p><p><br></p><p>Should Maze take on the case again knowing who they are up against? The rewards could be sensational but the outcome - perilous. This time they cannot afford to fail.</p>
