The renewal of political personnel in DRC (Haut-Katanga)

In this document we are going to speak first about the territorial division in DR Congo which division led to the renewal of the political staff; secondly about the stakes challenges of the last division in which we are going to take a look at the political context; thirdly about the community temptations and security risks to understand very well the renewal of the political staff.
