Human beings by nature are divided into two cultures the culture of the good and the culture of the bad; the bad always has to be hurting the good; and the good because it is good does not hurt the bad but there is a side of the balance that falls and creates a lack of control. This creates: wars enmities hunger diseases unemployment deaths sadness etcetera. In the book the steps of the constitutional investigation are observed following a due legal process and respecting the rights of each person as a human being made in the image and likeness of God.
