The Retraining Course for Offending Drivers as seen by the students

The Recycling Course for Offending Driver mandatory as a punishment to be performed by offending drivers according to the Resolutions of the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN) and the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB) and in particular Articles 261 and 268 of said code is being discussed. The objective of this work is to investigate if the candidates who took the course for offending drivers committed the infractions or if they assumed the score to favour some friend or relative or even for not knowing the traffic laws. The information was acquired in the last day of the Recycling Course for Offending Driver in the city of Linhares-ES.
