The Right to A decent Environment in Uganda

Looking at environment in terms of human rights is certainly a still emerging concept which needs to be defined and translated into applicable principles and actions. This book attempts to put together the approaches to the definition of the scope of this right and is intended to assist practitioners as well as students of legal concepts to internalize and operationalise the concept of a right to a decent environment.
