The risk

Risk is a concept that can only be understood in relation to the environment in which it occurs. It is in this case a reality of fact due and accomplished by social practices. This situation is so fundamental that its epistemological significance is consistent with the principle of interoperability. Everyone we see lives according to their degrees of appreciation of the risks to be incurred. In turn in order to understand a people a nation a group an environment a situation a fact etc. the only obligatory path remains knowing the degree of penetration and interpretation of risks. Let us highlight the fact that risk presents the following paradigm: it is positive that is to say it constitutes a state of mind and it is negative that is to say: it constitutes a de facto economic reality of which the political economy uses it as a basis and ensures it as an element of the portfolio to boost development.
