<p>Raised in a Christian home Sylvia's life took many twists and turns. Her determined spirit and persistence through life's ups and downs brought about a tough challenge when she found herself facing the journey of Young Onset Alzheimer's Disease with her husband. Thus began a long journey of grief and a unique test of her resilience as she acknowledged and accepted the impact of grief on daily life.</p><p><br></p><p>She came to realize the complexity of grief-how it affects us-and developed a desire to help others navigate their own grief journeys. Her deep faith and trust in God were crucial in helping her cope with the ups and downs of her own valley of the shadow of death experience.</p>
