The role of non-governmental organizations

State development is a sensitive real and above all complex issue requiring the implementation of a variety of factors. These involve the synergy of several actors: political social inter-state and non-governmental. Throughout this book we approach the issue of state development from a non-in-depth analysis and perspective. This analysis consists in clarifying the roles of non-governmental organizations in the development of states taking the case of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The philosophy of this book is to reconcile responsibilities between the roles of government and NGOs in order to promote a better policy of sustainable development the ideal framework for the complementarity of national actions and initiatives. This also implies a synergy of efforts reflecting a single aspiration: the well-being of human communities and the eradication of vital necessities within the population. This remains a guarantee of the fulfillment of social needs decisive factors in development.
