The role of religion customs and traditions in the life of Kazakh women

The position of women in society is an indicator reflecting the peculiarities of the socio-political structure of the state. Interest in the study of the position of women in traditional Kazakh society is not weakening. This is evidenced by the numerous studies of scientists in which based on the analysis of various sources on the culture and traditions of the Kazakh people new facets of social reality about the legal position of women their social status in the parental home and outside the family are revealed. The social status of women in Kazakhstan has been influenced by many factors including local traditions and customs decades of Soviet rule rapid social and economic change and instability after independence and new Western values.
