About The Book

The aim of integration is to achieve the effective realization of solidarity between States with geographical or historical links. Its aim is to diversify multi-entity relations through the creation of a new single structure henceforth called upon to act in the areas of competence assigned to it on behalf of the States parties. In other words in a clear legal order there is a decision-making center that expresses itself commits itself and acts through the member states of the community. The ideas underpinning this dynamic are unity and progressiveness. In any case economic integration in Africa is a policy of fusion reproduction and substitution. At regional level this merger generates state-type structures and functions which are new ways of resolving conflicts that may arise between African states.
