The role of the International Law in promotion of Peace and Justice

The application of the International Law in promotion of Peace and Justice in the World should respect the principles of Sovereignty and equality of States no matter big or small State. In fact Theoretically the international exist and is applied to all States through the written texts agreements protocols and country constitution. Eg. of the United Nations Charter. In reality it seems to be different the International Law is applied to States depending on how Strong or Powerful a State is. Everyone has right to peace (UN Charter) but in fact Strong States have the right to peace and Developing countries with Natural resources have no right to peace or to benefit from their Wealth.
