The Role of Training and development on Employee's performance

This paper is a descriptive study in employees of Ethiopian telecomunications corporation. It is intended to recomend organizations to overcome problems regarding employee development and traing to have benefits by increasing their performance. It is also intended to those who are conducting reaserch in this area specially for students. finaly I would like to recomend others who are interested to conduct research in this area further study specialy in traing of employee and its effectivness.
