When Gwen left widowhood behind to marry widower Albert she fully expected that her life would change course. Nothing however could have prepared her for returning home unexpectedly to find a naked stripper in her sitting room. Neither could she have anticipated her new husband together with his septuagenarian friends from the British Legion clearing the local shopping mall of yobs. Or for that matter burying the snobbish local golf club under a mountain or founding a political party. All this in the cause of proving that late in life doesn't mean gone into the sunset.
