The Root of It

Up until recently I never saw the benefit of looking back or revisiting a bad memory. When I first begun on my journey of healing and self-discovery I would hear over and over again stay in the nowor stay present!. Yet something kept pulling me back to my past. How could I stay in the now when my past was clearly affecting my present? I don't claim to have any insider information on healing. We all have the power to tap into source and our higher selves at any time. I'm sure many people try to sell their books on the basis of being an average person. However in part this is what connects me largely with my readers. The Root of It is a serviceable piece of literary work that through the theme of connectedness authenticity honesty perspective and personal experience highlights our commonalties and differences.
