<p>Sammy Moore has never been one to follow the rules. Stifled by his strict Aunt Claudia and the expectations of small-town life he longs for freedom. When he crosses paths with Lefty a fast-talking violinist with a knack for charming his way through life Sammy sees a chance for adventure. With a loyal but dangerous dog and a talent for music the pair sets off on a journey that takes them through bustling towns quiet country roads and into the shadow of a mysterious past. </p><p>But when an old enemy emerges Sammy begins to realize that life on the run may be more dangerous than he ever imagined. As the stakes rise he must decide whether the thrill of escape is worth the risks that come with it.</p>
