The Sacred Built

This book analyzes the religious symbolism present in the oldest Catholic temples in the city of Teresina Brazil: Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Amparo Igreja de Nossa Senhora das Dores and Igreja São Benedito. Each one has its own specificities revealing the objectives of their construction through symbolism architecture and their own historical time something that equates and differentiates them at the same time.
