The Scarred Pepper Tree

<p><span style=background-color: rgba(0 0 0 0); color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>What happens if you're not perfect? When the Tree was small a windstorm almost ended her life. Although rescued she was badly scarred marking her for removal. When 10-year-old Dolores was small she was left in a foreign orphanage. Even after her father found her he abandoned her with her grandparents who are too old to take care of her. Scar and Lolo live precariously in a Canyon Garden inhabited by magical creatures: some friend some foe. When an ill-fated event threatens Lolo's BFFs life everyone must pull together or lose Scar and Lolo forever.</span></p>
