The Sea the Self and Everything Else is my first poetry collection—a mix of raw thoughts quiet questions and emotional fragments. These poems drift through love detachment memory nature and the in-between moments that don’t always make sense but still stay with you. Some are sharp some are soft but all of them were written honestly in motion and mostly when I wasn’t trying to write a book at all.
