The Story Is A Historical Presentation Of Decisions That Were Made By Political And Religious Leaders Dating Back To The Early 17Th Century That Would Eventually Lead To The Sad State Of The Modern Day African American. A Positive Solution To The Problem Will Be Presented That Will Give All Americans Hope That Each Of The Four Gaps Can Eventually Be Closed. Thus The Story Is Based On A Problem Solution Format. The Book Will Answer The Question- Are All Men Created Equal?
