I loved the way that my study in 3minutes fitness workout or various parts of internal body and External body to achieving healthy and live for 100 years. I began to make the most incredible connections between myself and the surroundings world with help of my Experience in various Martial Arts meditation chi power Fitness and Body speed workouts. I was able to feel and eventually see this kind of energy over my decades of Experience in various Arts of Fitness has developed to such an Extent that I have used this Knowledge to invent my own Fitness program for all age people and all Section of people. In this Book I want to teach all people how one can do 3minutes workout in a short period and get fit and live happily. In such small amount of time one can do 30 minutes of workout daily(21 minutes weekly) this Change of muscle’s Exercise and making Body mind to Extreme level of Fitness.
