Wicker Alabaster is an awkward sixteen-year-old girl who has her share of problems but unlike most sixteen-year-old girls Wicker has a secret...she is a deified mortal. Keeping up appearances for the good of her people means keeping secrets from her friends to protect those she loves. When one of their own turns up dead and a secret is revealed it is up to Wicker and her friend Pixel to bring the force that soon terrorizes them to justice. Follow Wicker and Pixel as they battle an evil psychotic presence through his realm and ours while learning the truth about themselves and their world and discovering powers and modern technologies they never knew existed in their live-off-the-land village tucked away from society.
