The Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic

In a country like Cameroon there's no higher position in the nomenklatura than that of Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic (SG/PR). The architects of this functional framework are none other than the only two Heads of State the country has ever known. The power of the SG/PR is greater in reality than can be imagined. The purpose of this paper is to epilog on the label to stick on the back of the SG/PR. In practice the SG/PR is regarded as a Giant the administration's shadow boss. In principle his function is scrutinized as that of an unofficial Vice-President without title and Prime Minister Head of Government bis in the dual executive of Cameroon's political system.
