The Seed and Me

<p>Myra Lee enjoys children's books but especially stories about trees. She used her favorite books about trees <em>The Giving Tree</em> by Shel Silverstein and <em>The Tale of the Three Trees</em> by Angela Elwell Hunt as inspiration for this book. This sweet little story is told by the soil who has met a new friend the seed. He describes them sticking together through all types of weather. Children are guided through the story with beautiful illustrations that depict their friendship and growth from seed to tree.
