THE SEED OF MY WOMB is the companion book to If It Had Not Been for the Lord . The two books look at a life-altering injury from the perspective of a son (Wendell M. Manigault Jr.- If It Had Not Been for the Lord ) who was nearly killed in an accident and his mother (Paulette M. Vanderhorst) who offered her loving support.The seed of my womb is a journal that contains the day-to-day events recorded by Paulette M. Vanderhorst detailing her thoughts experiences and observations of the incident that nearly led to her sons demise. Through this first-person account readers have the opportunity to see things from her perspective offering valuable insight into what occurred considering many at the time inquired about her state of being during the beginning stages of the incident. She hopes that people in todays society are touched by her infirmities to the point theyre able to pause for a moment begin to reevaluate their ways of living and then make efforts to conduct themselves in a manner thats honorable to God themselves and others.
