This book The shadow guardians: Principles ethics professional conduct and practices of intelligence and security service agents in DR Congo explores the issues and challenges facing Congolese intelligence and security agents as well as the principles ethics and deontology that guide their actions. Through the testimonies of former intelligence and security agents specialist analyses and case studies this book sheds valuable light on the reality of intelligence and security services in the DRC. It sheds light on the difficulties faced by agents but also on the successes they have achieved in their mission to protect the population and national security.
