<p>Welcome to *The Shelter: As Within So Without* The mirroring effect a continuation of the Journey begun in *StonyBrook: As Above So Below*. Through daily conversations with my Subconscious (SC) I!ve developed a healing practice that deepens my spiritual journey teaching me to listen and trust in the Universe as an unwavering source of love and support. Everything we ask for is always on its way; time after all is an illusion- patience reveals that what we seek is always coming. I am forever grateful to the Masters & Teachers especially to Dolores Cannon and her transformative QHHT technique whose wisdom opened countless doors revealing that all things are possible. She taught us that each of us carries a unique purpose; we are the producers writers and actors of our own lives. Our mission is to help one another and to learn the essence of unconditional love. This book is for seekers ready to expand their hearts and minds as we shift into a new dimension of understanding. *We are the creators of our reality.* As Rumi said The beauty you see in me is a reflection of you.
