<p>Summer 1978. Jake Horn came to Kennebunkport for a weekend getaway with his daughter-not to stumble over a body on the beach.</p><p></p><p>When the police arrest the local restaurant owner's brother within hours of finding the victim it looks like an open-and-shut case. His truck. Her body. Except the truck was reported stolen the night before and the victim's boyfriend has mysteriously disappeared.</p><p></p><p>Jake's an hour and a half from home with a business to run and a daughter heading back to college.
