The Silkie

Jeannie lives alone on her island but she does not know what it is to be lonely until she meets a Silkie from deep under the sea. She wants him to stay with her always but he can only come on land in human form when the moon is full. Jeannie resorts to trickery and magic to keep him by her side but when he begins to fade away she learns that real love is stronger than magic! An enchanting story for age 7 and upwards.
