The Silver Hound and Other Songs

This volume contains solo vocal works and duets composed over the past 30 years and featured on the Métier Records CD The Silver Hound and Other Songs by Betty Roe (MSV 28566). These songs represent a late flowering of Roe's compositional style for concert pieces creating a natural melodic flow and her characteristic inclusion of elements from her popular music theatre and cabaret works into her art songs.
