Deeply inspired by cinema stories and the rich folk traditions of rural India he developed a strong interest in exploring human emotions and social issues through writing. His storytelling is grounded in lived experiences and observations of village life caste dynamics and the quiet strength found in everyday people. The Soil Remembers is his debut novel reflecting his fascination with courage injustice and the memories carried by land and community.
