The book deals with the game of politics and the results of an undying madmans dynasty in a little town called Centro. This town consists of 4 founding families and political clans which defines their historical impact on the power of succession and corruption in the country. Eli a 28-year-old bar flunker who just wanted a scapegoat found Carter while seeking the truth about their parents.
