The Spanish XIX and its legal system

Ancien Régime: set of political social and religious institutions in Europe from the sixteenth century to the end of the eighteenth century whose order and stability will be progressively transformed with the bourgeois revolutions. It can also be considered the last stage of the feudal mode of production in its process of transition and consolidation of the capitalist system. The Ancien Régime was dominated by the realities inherited from the Middle Ages.
