<p><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>The Spectre </em><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>is a novel about a criminal profiler hunting a serial killer akin to </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>The Silence of the Lambs</em><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)> which is not an uncommon genre but </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>The Spectre </em><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>has some features which few other novels in the genre have: the story is set in the future 2133 akin to </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>Blade Runner</em><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)> and </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>The Spectre </em><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>is a mystery thriller similar to the Sherlock Holmes mysteries.  The identity of the killer is not revealed until the end of the book very much like the Agatha Christie whodunnits and there is a surprise ending to rival </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>Psycho.</em></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>     Blackmoor the profiler and central character of </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>The Spectre</em><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)> is a dominant in the BDSM scene akin to Christian Grey the central character in </span><em style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>Fifty Shades of Grey.</em></p>
