The Speech that I didn't give at my Father's Funeral

About The Book

When Dad passed away I was asked to offer a speech at his funeral on behalf of the surviving children. I had been nursing dad for about a month before his passing away. I had been on the road for over two days and two nights from Bloemfontein to Bulawayo for the burial. I was mentally and emotionally drained to summarize a proper speech that would have been a fair representation of I and my young brother's experience with Dad. I gave a very short speech. After the funeral an auntie asked me whether we had a normal relationship with Dad. She was worried that since Dad was a pastor maybe at home he remained a pastor - robbing us of an intimate father and sons relationship. This book is an answer to my aunt's inquiry. My physical and emotional state made impossible for me to say everything worth mentioning about Dad. This book is the complete version of what I was supposed to say.
