The Status of Electronic Signature in Ethiopia

The main objective of this book is to examine the status of e-signature in Ethiopia. The writer evaluates the sufficiency of the existing provisions (including draft law) and other national measures that are taken to regulate e-signature in the country. Therefore the book will address the following points;  Exploring the development and use of e-signature in Ethiopia  Examining the legal policy and institutional framework of the country to govern e-signature  And give some recommendations that are able to make the country to establish effective e-signature legal framework.
