The Statute of Frauds Section Four

Originally published in 1932 this book examines Section Four of the British Statute of Frauds. Although all but two sections of the original Statute have been repealed Statute Four has a continued influence on British contract and surety law and has been adopted in various forms by various countries in the Commonwealth.
