<p>Tigger was a funny-looking dog with short legs a long chubby body and a big head with little ears. Her kind eyes were the color of chocolate.</p><p>She loved to get gentle ear rubs play outdoors sleep on a soft couch and play with squeaky toys. One day everything changed for her when her family abandoned her at a no-kill animal shelter when they moved.</p><p>For seven months Tigger languished in a cage there becoming more and more lonely and isolated.
