When asked to name the greatest moment of their lives most people say their ten-year high school reunion but try telling that to the Kooterville High Class of '96! Even before they can partake in their first drunken Macarena this group of backward-looking has-beens gets taken hostage by a helicopter full of super-powered troublemakers.
