The outbreak of the pandemic COVID-19 resulted to school closures occurred on such a large scale and in such a way that learning and teaching were disrupted. Students and parents suffer from shortage of resources how much more are the student-parents? This study was conducted to evaluate the struggles of BSE-Math student-parent when learning mathematics online. This study used phenomenology as a qualitative research method a purposive sampling technique was used to select five participants and a descriptive-evaluative design with thematic analysis was used in utilizing the qualitative data analysis. Findings showed that the participants experience the struggles in online learning approach specifically with the following themes: time management stability of internet connection health problems and cognitive aspect.
