The Tale of the Failing Crops

<p><strong>Many years have passed since the old man's forest survived the threat of development as Miss Hootsalot and her class listen to the tale of some of the creatures that once inhabited the forest.</strong></p><p><strong>Albus the rabbit now entering self- exile unable to return to the warren having caused great sadness to Camomile. Determined to return one day he sets out to make his fortune he is accompanied by Hides-a-lot the turtle and Leftover Louie the common buzzard who decide to follow Albus on his journey. </strong></p><p><strong>A journey that will eventually find Albus all alone thousands of miles from home where he will encounter a host of unfamiliar creatures and gain awareness of his own culture and the biases that strangers to other lands often face as he struggles to fulfil the task assigned to him before he can return home.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p>
