This work contains two mid-length winter fairy tales: The Snowman's Story and Battle of the Ice Fortress. Known for his unconventional and highly imaginative writing style as well as his fame in science fiction Yang Peng blends his signature sci-fi vision with wintry elements in this book presenting readers with a fantastical winter adventure.</p><p>《雪人的故事》是著名儿童文学作家杨鹏的作品集，杨鹏是中国首位与迪士尼签约的作家，他的这部作品包括《雪人的故事》《冰堡之战》两个中长篇冰雪童话故事。作家的文字风格天马行空，充满想象力，以科幻小说闻名，书中他将这种科幻精神与冰雪元素相结合，为读者呈现了一个奇幻历险的冰雪故事。</p><p></p><p>Yang Peng is a member of the Chinese Writers' Association an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Literature of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and notably the first Disney-contracted writer from China. He is also an animation screenwriter and film producer. His works have received over 30 awards including the national Five-One Project Award the Soong Ching Ling Children's Literature Award the National Book Award and the National Outstanding Popular Science Work Award. He has published more than a hundred books such as Dad in My Pocket Campus Three Musketeers Adventures of the Fantasy King and Kung Fu Mickey.</p><p>杨鹏，中国作家协会会员，中国社会科学院文学所副研究员，中国首位迪士尼签约作家，动画编剧，影视制片人。曾获全国五个一工程奖、宋庆龄儿童文学奖、国家图书奖、全国优秀科普作品奖等30余项；已出版《装在口袋里的爸爸》《校园三剑客》《幻想大王奇遇记》《功夫米老鼠》等百余部。</p>
