The Talents of Bet

<p>Malweather Farm: A place where cruelty abuse and the promise of endless toil is the order of the day. Also home to Bet (Don’t call me Bethany!) an orphaned teen. Malweather is the only world she knows. The rest she’s learned from books.</p><p>Bet has a secret that could get her killed. One night delirious with fever she speaks of it. Her only chance of survival rests in her ability to cross into another realm and leave the darkness she grew up in behind.</p><p>But is this new world any safer? While she is free to use her special talent here she discovers it takes more than a rare ability to stay alive. Slowly Bet learns to make friends trust play and fight accept people as they are control her emotions and finally defend those she loves.</p>
