The Tendencies and Challenges of Neoliberal Policies in Education

Globalization is a spectacular process of integrating our economy to the world economy. The government of India adopted the policy of neoliberalism in 1992. Globalization is not a mere political ideology but it has large impact in all sectors of the society. As such Globalization is a process of interaction and integration among the people companies and governments of different nations - a process driven by international trade and investment which is aided by information technology. This process has its effects on the environment on culture on political systems on economic development and prosperity and physical well being of humans in societies around the world. In other words the process of interaction between world nations on social political economic and cultural areas get triggered due to this sort of integration. Also Neoliberal policies have lots of positive and negative impacts in all these spheres.
