<p>The ideology behind the Theory of It's OK! fosters a sense of self-assurance that can be accessed for comfort during moments when life presents us with its exquisite set of challenges. Through introspection and contemplation upon my own life experiences I derived solace from offering others insight into how they could prevail over daunting societal norms.
