She wrote the children's book <em>Go Colors</em> and co-authored <em>The Enchanted Tower Garden</em> with Julie Mohr. Noel currently resides in Ventura California with her husband and two sons.</p><p>Originally from the Midwest Julie Mohr works in the healthcare field in Camarillo California.
