The Tree of Gifts

Being the daughter of the alpha is hard work. For one thing you're expected to be the best hunter the fastest runner and the bravest wolf. River isn't all that. Responsibility is piling up and the date of the gifting ceremony - when she'll get her gift from the magic tree at the center of the forest - is looming closer. When River receives the power to control the shape of water a greedy human sees this gift and wants to control it. Soon River and her best friend are kidnapped. A battle breaks out when the pack finds out two of its members have been taken. Will the wolves' fury and knowledge of the forest be enough to fight the well-armed humans?
