<p>The Tree That Talks To Me is a story of how a little girl connects with nature in her own way. This book shows how when children take the time to sit and reflect and connect with nature they feel a sense of peace and love for the world that surrounds them that grows into respect for nature and the animals that live off of it. Almost every child loves to run and play outside but this book shows how taking the time to sit and close your eyes and daydream allows children to notice the wonder of nature the trees the plants the grass and also the birds and squirrels or even the bees and worms and ladybugs that we sometimes don't take the time to notice. This book also relays the joy of just sitting and having quiet- time to re-connect with our inner selves and our imagination and the world all around us. </p>
